Michael Troiano (@miketrap) is a Principal of Holland-Mark, a leading independent advertising agency in Boston. He spent his early career at McCann-Erickson and Foote, Cone & Belding before becoming the founding CEO of Ogilvy & Mather Interactive in 1994. He later founded Brandscape, and became the President of NASDAQ-listed Primix Solutions after it acquired the company in 1999. Mr. Troiano was a member of the founding team at venture-funded mobile marketing pioneer m-Qube, serving as General Manager until it was acquired by VeriSign in 2006. He now serves on the boards of marketing technology companies including Crimson Hexagon and Envio, and his blog, Scalable Intimacy, is listed on the AdAge150. Mr. Troiano is a graduate of Cornell University, and the Harvard Business School.
