Thanks to all who replied with suggested painters. At the end, I decided to go with Beacon Painting out of Waltham. The job is to be done in October, and I will be happy to report here on my experience should anyone else be in need of a house painter. Thanks, again. Stan Klein |

I noticed you put Beacon Painting out of Waltham. Did they move? They were in Acton last I knew.

Appreciate the feedback on Beacon, Elizabeth. As for his location, it is in Stow, and not Acton, (at least that is the address showing on his quotation). I do believe I had in mind Partridge Roofing, which is located in Waltham, and which, by the way, did a commendable roofing job. Ed is to start painting our house in mid-October, not as desireable a time as during the summer months. Ed, however, promises to follow all paint specifications concerning drying times for low outdoor temperature and inclement weather conditions. He srtuck me, too, as being trustworthy, and thanks for the confirmation, though I wonder what and when he has painted on your behalf. Stan |
