We have a timeshare available for one evening next week at the Harborside Inn in Edgartown with a view overlooking Edgartown Harbor. The going rate for this time of the year for this room is about $300; if interested in a one day respite at this idyllic spot only 75 miles from the ferry boat that takes you there in a relaxing 40 minute crossing, then please let me know what you might be willing to pay for the room. Hint: We're not expecting anywhere near the going price, but we would want a waiver signed that would hold us harmless should something go awry, e.g., the ferry runs aground, a sea gull crashes into your room window, a hurricane knocks out the electricity, you get sick eating ice cream at Bill Clinton's favorite palor, Mad Martha...and the like. |
